JAMIE STEWART

Jamie is an accomplished sports physio with current premier league football experience
Jamie qualified from Sheffield Hallam University before making his way in private practice, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, including sport injuries, acute neck and back pain and running & cycling injuries.

Jamie is hugely experience with football related injuries and the younger sports person, from his role as an academy physio with a local professional football team.

With a strong interest in football, Jamie joined Walsall FC as Lead Academy Physio, working with both the first team and the youth team. He then moved to his current role at a local Premier League Football Club, covering injury prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Jamie combines his premier league role with working with the team in Barefoot.

Jamie has a special interest in lower limb injuries, sport medicine and strength and conditioning and is passionate about helping individuals to achieve their goals and return to full fitness.

Like all of the Barefoot team, Jamie has a high level of expertise and is trained in soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, acupuncture and biomechanical assessments, and uses all of these as a multi-faceted treatment approach.

Jamie lives sport and when not working likes to keep active can be found playing football, tennis or in the gym. It's brilliant to have him on board.
