ALINA ESH

Alina is a passionate specialist in pregnancy, post natal & women’s health physiotherapy.
Alina Esh is a passionate specialist in pregnancy, post natal & women’s health physiotherapy. She is a specialist in urinary and faecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, postnatal pain, and pelvic pain. Alina also works in Birmingham Women’s Hospital, she brings a huge amount of expertise and experience to the Harborne Physio.

Alina started her career in Israel, and latterly moved to UK following her husband who is also a physiotherapist. As a mother, Aline understands the challenges that pregnancy and post-natal poses.

In Birmingham Aline has developed her Women’s Health skills within the NHS, working alongside the city's top urogyn consultants, midwives and physiotherapists. She also has a special interest in nutrition as linked to pelvic floor dysfunctions, which supplements her holistic approach.

Additionally, Alina is a Pilates instructor trained by the APPI group. She loves practising and teaching, and is enthusiastic about integrating Pilates into her treatments.

Having Alina onboard further strengthens the Barefoot pregnancy, post natal and women’s health team. Our mums who are getting back to sport and exercise are really benefiting from working with Alina.
