Lydia was born & raised in Nigeria, then moved to the UK to pursue a degree in Physiotherapy. She initially trained as a Physiotherapist in Manchester and then met Gerard when she did her musculoskeletal masters in Coventry University. She is also a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) which is a very select group of highly specialist physios.
