GERARD GREENE
Gerard is one of the few physiotherapists in private practice who delivers training courses to other physios in the UK and internationally. Gerard has a particular interest in Male pelvic pain and sees patients from all over the UK for this condition.
Gerard Greene is a very experienced physiotherapist who combines working in the Harborne Physiotherapy and Acupuncture clinic with teaching physiotherapy courses in the UK, Ireland and internationally. He is also a senior lecturer at Coventry University teaching on the Undergraduate and post graduate Physiotherapy programmes, this makes Gerard one of only a handful of physiotherapy clinicians teaching Physiotherapy courses alongside treating patients. As an experienced clinician, Gerard loves treating clients with a range of conditions from those “nasty” lower back and neck conditions to sports injuries.
Gerard is also one of the few physiotherapists in private practice experienced at treating pregnancy related pelvic girdle dysfunction. He has a particular specialist interest in the Athletic Pelvis, both female and male. Gerard has also set up a one of the UK's only male pelvic health services with a particular focus on post prostate surgery.
Gerard's expertise in the area of Male pelvic pain leads him to treat patients from all over the UK for this condition. He also works with Dr Ruth Jones in her Southampton clinic, Ruth is a leading international expert on pelvic pain. He also has special interests in female pelvic girdle pain, post natal rectus diastasis and post natal rehab.
